Six Mile Farms

by Ryan Robinson
(Anderson, SC, USA)

I've owned 60 acres of land near Six Mile SC for a few years. Its in the foothills of the Appalachians with some mountain views. I love the property. I hunt on it, and play around in the dirt.

The land was a working farm many years ago, and I've had the soil tested and its pretty good, although it could use some lime. I've thought about moving onto my land full-time (I'd love it!), but my wife is too much a suburbanite to want to commit to the rural lifestyle. So, in the interest of keeping married, I've decided to sell it.

Reluctantly, I'm offering it for $5,500 per acre. I also have it to where I can sell it in roughly 20 acre sections. I'd like to see somebody do some good with this land.
